Welcome to M80, a family owned Property Development Company focusing on the Planning, Design and Construction of high quality homes across the South East.

Established in 2006 M80 has acquired a reputation over the last 20 years for building bespoke private homes within an exclusive setting. Each development is different and each home is individually designed.

M80 acquires land, achieves planning consent and constructs new homes across the South East of the UK. Our developments are small, typically of between 4 and 10 houses, each one being unique.

We have a clear understanding of what we are aiming to achieve by building homes which relate to the modern lifestyle yet combine traditional features, modern low energy technologies and high quality materials. All our new homes come with a full 10 year structural warranty.

We also help individual Clients realise their own home dream by working with them through the planning, design and build process.
